Refund/Cancellation/Postponement Policy

If you are not satisfied with your service, we will do our best to remedy the situation. If, in the sole discretion of Smarter Staff Training, an extraordinary circumstance occurs, a refund will be considered and a 25% cancellation fee will be applied.  If an attendee feels that he/she has experienced an extraordinary circumstance, he/she should contact Smarter Staff Training and provide as much information as possible at their earliest convenience. Please allow 30 days for us to process any refunds.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a class or workshop in our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone an event, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled or postponed event within 30 days from its original event date.

By registering for any event, you acknowledge that Smarter Staff Training does not make any representation, warranty, or guarantee as to whether you will ultimately attain sufficient understanding and knowledge of topics covered.

Not-to-Exceed Class Hours Policy

All classes have a Not-to-Exceed Class Hours limit. Hours will be tracked via sign-in and sign-out methods. If an attendee needs additional hours to complete a class, five or ten Extended Hours packages are available.
